«Thank You!» This is exactly the word that should be addressed to all those who joined ACF 2U at the annual commemoration ceremony dedicated to Righteous Gentiles, of Ukraine, and of Babyn Yar at Kyiv Mayor’s House.
However, there are those who helped us to make this event and the exhibition the reality and we would like to say “Thank you so very much” to: Charitable Organization WJR, London, The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee in Kyiv (AJJDC), Kyiv Mayor’s House, local philanthropists: Oleksander Loifenfeld, Albert Feldman, Rita Tsukerman, and others…
This year meeting was rather special: ACF 2U presented its project History Through Faces (portraits of alive Righteous and booklets with their stories). We did our best to make the event as informal and family style as possible. All those who attended had the possibility to toast, to share their memories and thoughts. We do believe we managed!
